Steven LewterMaster Trainer & Head Coach

Steven started his athletic career at age five competing in USA swimming, a sport he continued through college eventually qualifying for Olympic Trials. He has also participated in Competitive Crossfit and rock climbing. He now spends his free time freeride and cross country mountain biking.

Steven has been training people of all ages and skill levels for almost 30 years. He focuses on strength as a skill and utilizes functional movements as drills to develop that skill and maximize athleticism. More importantly he believes that focusing on improving the skill of strength creates durability, longevity, and reduces risk of chronic disease.

Steven is a lifelong student of strength and holds StrongFirst Kettlebell I, Kettlebell II, and Bodyweight certifications. He is a certified NASM personal trainer and has also held Functional Movement Screening (FMS) level 2, Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga, and other professional certifications.
