All group sessions are one hour

Monday: 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m.

Tuesday: 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday: 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m.

Thursday: 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m.
