Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

Strength: Clean – OTM for 10 min (10 sets) – 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean from 6″ below the knee @ 80%-85% 1RM

Conditioning: AMRAP 9 minutes of –

  • 3 Cleans (185/125lb)
  • 6 Pull Ups
  • 9 Push Ups

Finisher: Lock a plate out overhead (45/35lb) and go for 200m stroll
