Strength: Deadlift – 3 reps @75%, 3 reps @80%, 3 reps at 85% (you should still have one more rep in the tank, this is not a max-out effort)

Conditioning: “A Hard Road”
For weight – E2MOM 12 minutes (6 rounds) of –

  • 200m Shuttle Sprint
  • 3 “Heavy” Hang Clean to Thrusters
