This WOD commemorates the Boston Marathon bombing of 2013.

5 rounds for time* of:

  • 4 Clean and Jerk (185/125 lbs)
  • 15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
  • 13 Burpee lateral jumps (over barbell)

*After completing 5 rounds, run 800m
