Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

Strength: Warm up the deadlift – Work up to WOD weight

Conditioning: “Baby Come Back”

For time: 21-15-9 reps of –

  • Deadlift @ bodyweight
  • 2-Count Lateral jumps over the bar (return to your start position for each rep)

Finisher: Turkish Get ups – complete 2 sets of 5 on each side – pause a full second at each position

Today’s WOD is in remembrance of U.S. Army First Lieutenant Ashley White, 24, of Alliance, Ohio, who was assigned to the 230th Brigade Support Battalion, 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, North Carolina National Guard, based in Goldsboro, North Carolina, who died on October 22, 2011 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, from wounds suffered when insurgents attacked her unit with an improvised explosive device. She is survived by her husband Captain Jason Stumpf, her parents Robert and Deborah, brother Josh, and sister Brittney.

Strength: Body weight basics skill – review of Push-ups and Pull-ups and their progressions

Conditioning: “Level I Test”

Score is first round and total working time of –

Rest 3 minutes and repeat

To meet the Level I athlete test, athletes should complete their first round under 6:30 for men, under 7:00 for women.
