If you aren’t sure if you are ready to handle the work of one of my plans, this is the one that will get you ready, no doubt. This is a 6 week volume building plan. It will prepare your kinetic chain to handle the volume to come from any of my plans. It includes Squatting, Deadlifting, Bench Pressing, Military Pressing, Pull Ups, Kettlebell One-Arm Swings and Kettlebell Snatch. I recommend performing this plan immediately before Cockdiesel, The Hulk, or Juggernaut. If performing one of the other specific plans, i.e. just pressing or squatting, you can just do that portion of The Intern Prep Plan.
