Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

Strength: Hang Snatch – 7×2 Climbing in weight, you can drop the weight and reset between reps. Work on the transition from the knee to the power position.

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time

  • 15 Box Jump 24/20
  • 3 Power Snatch @80%
  • 5 Muscle Up (or 9 C2B or 15 Pull-ups)
